Unmanned Systems of America (USA) is based in Albuquerque, NM.  We are a company passionate about designing, prototyping, and building unmanned aerial systems (UASs) and new technologies right here in the United States. Our focus extends to both commercial and military-grade UAVs, addressing modern challenges of the 21st century.   USA offers solutions for a wide range of applications, and we are interested in pioneering future technology.  USA designs and manufactures most of our own products, we can provide complex, quality custom solutions and quickly meet customer needs for upgrades and replacement parts. NDAA Compliance Statement

Unmanned Systems of America, LLC, can manufacture UAS systems that are compliant with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) regulations, particularly those related to procurement practices involving restricted entities.  In addition to this, we can manufacture solutions utilizing the DIU’s Blue UAS Framework utilizing only parts that are already approved on the Blue UAS list.  

Our efforts to comply with the NDAA regulations include:

• vetting suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to verify their compliance status,
• we do not engage in transactions with entities identified as restricted under the NDAA,
• if we become aware of any potential non-compliance with NDAA regulations by our suppliers or partners, we will take immediate action to rectify the situation and ensure future compliance,
• continually reviewing our compliance measures to adapt to any changes in NDAA regulations and maintain compliance.
